This bibliography was prepared primarilly for those interested in the shot peening process as a means of improvining the quality of their product in terms of increased fatigue properties. the very rapid growth of interest in this subject in recent years has resulted in the publicatiion of a large number of articles. Sheer numbers have, therefore, lilmited this initial bibliography.
