What makes a good abrasive? There are a wide variety of abrasives available on the market, and not all are good for every application. Remember this - it is not the particular machine that does the actual cleaning but rather the abrasive. The machine can have a very marked effect on the end result because that result will depend on how the abrasive is delivered and impinged on the surface to be cleaned or other wise treated.
