I. INTRODUCTION Grit blasting is a cold working process which produces stock removal and affected layer simulteneously by impact of the grit on work material. The main purposes of grit blasting are stock removal, and obtaining various factors recently such as peening effect [1], anchor effect for painting [2], thermal releasing effect [3], tribology effect, debarring [4] and dressing from grinding wheel [5].
