Abstract:  
The interim amendment was developed by the Naval Air Systems Command, Department of the Navy, Washington, DC 20361, based upon current available technical information. It is recommended that Federal agencies use it in procurement and forward recommendations for changes to the preparing activity at the address show above. The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this interim amendment as a valid exception to QQ-A-250/4E, dated January 18, 1971.
