One of the greatest rewards of publishing The Shot Peener is the relationships we have formed over the past 17 years. We've had the opportunity to follow the careers of work associates and share in their growth and successes. Djozic Salko, a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Croatia, has contributed articles to our magazine and faithfully kept in touch over the years. Evident in his correspondence has been his great interest in the advancement of shot peening and his appreciation for his family, his faith, his country, and the environment.
